Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days from receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
Trying on or inspecting the item during delivery with the courier is not allowed.
According to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, underwear and intimate items that come into direct contact with the body cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
For approved returns, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date the returned item is handed over to the shipping company.
We work with independent third-party shipping companies, and shipping/return timelines may vary according to the courier’s policies.
